Greetings all you girls and guys in 634, 734, and 834. We are in the second week of December, and are forging ahead in our genre studies. 634, you are reading your second Katherine Paterson independent book, and are almost done with Bridge to Terabithia in class.734, you are finishing your narrattive accounts, mimicking the writing style of Gary Soto, and you will begin your All About Nonfiction unit. 834, you have completed your WDM author study, and have begun to analyze Journalistic Feature Writing. Additionally, all classes are preparing for the ELA test, that is fast approaching in January. We will continue to read and analyze reading selections and writing responses that follow the ELA test format.
