Week of March 19, 2007

Greetings all you girls & guys in 634, 734, and 834. This week Spring arrives, and we are well into our genre studies. 634, you are almost finished reading your first Gary Paulsen book. 734, you will begin your polling report for your Executive Summary. 834, you will begin to read a historical fiction book independently, and continue writing your own historical fiction story. Homework is as follows:

3/22/07
634:In RSB, make an entry entitled, "Being A Seer." Predict how thew Iditarod will end for Paulsen. Read your Paulsen book. Make an entry in your IRL.
734: Revise and edit your Rank Order questions in your Writer's Source Book.
834: Read the next 15 pages in your Historical Fiction book. Write about your character's journey cycle.
3/21/07
634: Read Chapter 12 in your Paulsen book. Make an entry in your IRL.
734: Write 10 'forced choice' questions for your issue in your WSB.
834: Read next chapter of your HF book. In WSB, make an entry entitled: "Conflicts in my HF book."
3/20/07
634: Read Chapter 11 in your Paulsen book. Make an entry in your IRL.
734: Write 2 survey questions for each of the following: Forced Choice, Rank Order, Open-Ended questions
834: Read the next chapter in your historical fiction book. Make an entry in your IRL.
3/19/07
634: Read Chapter 10 in your Paulsen book. Complete the Reporter's Sheet for chapters 8 & 9. It will be collected and graded.
734: Bring in 3 polling reports from a newspaper, magazine, or the internet.
834: Read the first 15+ pages in your historical fiction book. Make an entry in your IRL.

    I can see u all day and that i always have to check the h.w sometimes i don't know or i foget.
    so bye i have to do something outside i'm always outsides and i have to figth that is wat i alway do when people don't???!!!!

    I do not get the h.w. i know that we have to prediction for my book but i can't do it. is too hard for me. wat do i do???!!!!:)
